Should you receive a SWEEP fine, you can pay your SWEEP Code Violation Notice three ways:

DO NOT MAIL CASH. Write code violation notice number on check. Sign your name and address below.

If payment is not received within 10 calendar days, you will be subject to additional penalties.




Failure to pay or contest this code violation may result in the filing of a Code Enforcement Complaint in Municipal Court. The Court can impose up to a maximum fine of $300.00 plus Court costs. 

Each day a code violation continues, or is permitted to continue, shall constitute a separate offense for which a separate penalty may be imposed.
