STREETS DEPARTMENT TO KICK-OFF CLEANING SEASON AT PMBC BLOCK CAPTAIN RALLY
WHAT: More than 1,500 Philadelphia More Beautiful Committee (PMBC) Block Captains will join the Philadelphia Streets Department to kick-off the 2017 cleaning season at the annual Block Captain Rally.
WHEN: Saturday, March 25
Tabling and Workshops: 9 a.m. to noon
Rally Program: 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

MORE: The theme of this year’s rally is Zero Starts With One, which encourages Philadelphia residents and Block Captains to work together all year long to keep their neighborhoods clean.
