Thank you for making the 2011 Philly Spring Cleanup a success! The momentum keeps on building...so this is our year to "Keep Up the Sweep Up!" We're out to put an end to litter and illegal dumping – permanently. The UnLitter Us rally cry was heard loud and clear. It led to community education programs, stricter enforcement, and block-by-block cleaning events. Let's join hands to make our neighborhoods and our City as beautiful as they can be.
