A resident's compliment for one of our Sanitation crews states
"The recycling truck did a great job at my home in the pouring rain. Despite the weather, they made the extra effort to slide my two recycle bins up my driveway close to my garage door. I believe that many residents take our Streets Department personnel for granted; however, I believe they are some of the finest in the County. Please give the crew on Truck 075032 my thank you for terrific customer service."

Streets Department Website
A resident who moved from Florida to Philadelphia a few years ago states
"I have been impressed with the streets and sanitation collection. I had limited info on trash collection so I googled and immediately found your site. It was extremely helpful. I value to holiday schedule and the information about the sites available for residents to discard their own trash and recycling. When a neighbor left bags and boxes of trash off cycle and it ended up strewn down the block, I called and someone came out to pick it up. It is wonderful to have a contact number where someone answers."
